These terms cover use of www.gosmartshopper.com by shoppers and by businesses that list with Go Smart! Shopper ("Go Smart!", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Each reward code is issued by a participating business after you complete its survey at its location. Codes are single use and expire as shown with the code. Rewards are honored by the business, subject to any conditions shown with the offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A business may decline a code that has expired, was already used, or was obtained without a visit. Listings marked "Sample listing" are examples: those businesses have not joined and no reward is available from them.
Surveys exist so businesses can hear what customers really think. Please answer about your own visit. Don't submit surveys for visits you didn't make, use automated tools, or try to obtain codes without visiting. We may block access from anyone abusing the system.
Listing is free. By submitting a listing you confirm you're authorized to represent the business, that your offer is accurate and will be honored for valid codes, and that you'll treat survey responses as confidential feedback rather than publishing them as reviews. Fees apply only when a reward is redeemed, at the rate agreed when your account is set up. Either of us can end a listing at any time; redeemed codes already issued remain valid until they expire.
We work to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee a business's hours, offers, or availability. The site is provided as is, and we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it or from a business's handling of a reward, to the extent permitted by law.
